I am writing to thank all of the team at your bromford lane store. Everyone was really helpful from the moment my wife and our 2 little terrors came into the store. They gave great advice on the right tile to use and the best methods to lay them. They loaded up the car for us and we're even helpful on the phone when I had a bit of a trim issue. I recently made quite a large order from your Bromford store. I cannot express how helpful the staff are there, particularly Emma. I arrive at 5.20 on a Saturday evening and the store closing at 5.30 which I didn't know. Emma was kind enough to stay later than the store was even open to help me with my purchases! She stayed until 6 and constantly told me not to rush when making my purchases. Her knowledge was also next to none and I know that I would not have been able to source all of the things on my own but she helped so much. I needed to return some of my order as I'd overbought - absolutely no problem. Martin helped me on this occasion and Emma was around and asked me how my bathroom looked. She cares so much. I am yet to have my kitchen tiles delivered but I am sure I'll be just as happy. I'll be recommending your store to my friends and family.

We as a company have been using the bromford branch for many years. They have never let us down and always offered great advice. There product knowledge is bar none and stock levels good too. Martin and his teem are just the best. Thanks .Edward and Michelle

Spoke to the floor manager Andrew who was super helpful. I purchased my kitchen floor tiles and materials from here. I was fitting myself and very nervous but Andrew gave me the encouragement, confidence, advice and time to help. Excellent customer service A* Thanks/

Popped in on the off chance of getting some off cuts for Birmingham Mind Mental Health, craft class, the manager Andy listened to me as I explained what the tiles were for and gave me advice on how to achieve the task. While I looked at the off cuts he returned with a packet of tiles that would be more suitable for my needs. I was concerned that the store would be out of pocket but he assured me that it was okay. I was so grateful by his generosity. I personally will be popping in again soon to make a purchase for myself as I saw some tiles that will do for my kitchen.

Great store, needed 12mm trim difficult to find anywhere else in light grey. Unsure on other sundries and received excellent advice, will be using them again as they stock quality tools and are able to advise on these and alternative methods which may either save waste or produce a finer finish. Well done all, keep up the hard work.

I recently visited the Bromford store and was served by a guy call Mark,who was very friendly and very helpful,I also had the pleasure of dealing with Andy the manager who was very helpful when I had to return some tiles but my boxes were damp.Ill deffently be returning for tiles for my bathroom.

Very Very good Tile shop in Birmingham they have all good stuff for your kitchen and Bathroom tile related plus very competitive prices. Just wanted to say how brilliant the team are at Bromford store but especially Scott on this occasion. We have builders in at the moment and got let down by another supplier, I had rung round a lot of suppliers who were not able to help being a bank holiday weekend but I rang Worcester branch and spoke to Chris who was helpful and directed me to the Bromford store. This store is not local to me about 80miles away I rang the store where I spoke to Scott and he said what I needed was in stock and would hold for me as I was a while away. Got to the store and meet Scott who quickly realised I had worked my measurements out wrong and needed more. There wasn’t enough of what I needed so came up with an alternative plan. Once payment was done he also helped me load up. Thank you Scott and the team for a brilliant customer experience

Emma was brilliant. Great service and customer care, would recommend above other retailers for choice of tiles but the staff are so good it was a pleasure browsing and making a big order. I would try here before others due to product range and service. We needed another 2 boxes of tiles for our project and they ordered them in no problem. Delivery was on time and no delays, will return.

All the staff at the Burton on Trent store, especially Fin, were so kind and helpful. Fin was extremely patient, knowledgeable and able to give really good advice on the tiles, colours and sizes that I would require. I called in a number of times because I couldn't make up my mind, but everytime I went in, Fin was always patient and willing to help. All the other staff members were also polite and pleased to help me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for your excellent service.
