Your upcoming Tile Choice Delivery

So you’ve found the perfect tiles, you have all of your materials and your tiler is waiting, trowel at the ready. All that’s left is to wait for your tiles to arrive. We know that waiting around can be difficult, especially with the anticipation of getting your new renovation project underway. While you wait, why not read on and find out what you can expect from your Tile Choice delivery.

First things first, it’s very important that you’re aware that Tile Choice operates a kerbside pallet delivery service. This means that your delivery driver will be unable to take the tiles into your home for you, though they will always endeavour to get your tiles as close to your property as possible.

In most cases you will be called up to an hour before your delivery arrives, inthe event you are unable to answer, don’t worry the driver will still attempt your delivery. It is worth noting that if you have made us aware of any potential access problems when placing your order, the driver may want to call to clarify them before arrival. Tracking may be provided in some cases, area dependant, and is usually provided by email or text.

All pallet deliveries must be signed for up on receipt of the order. In some cases for smaller value orders you can ask that the order be left without a signature; in doing this you are accepting responsibility for the items and Tile Choice will have no obligation to accept liability afterwards.

Once your tiles arrive, be sure to take a look through your order to confirm you have all of your items and more importantly to check for damages. While we take extra precautions to protect our orders, tiles are a fragile item and on occasion some damages may occur. In the event there are any damages, please take photos showing the extent and send them to our email, info@tilechoice.co.uk within 48hrs, so we can arrange replacements.
