Tile Choice have been reflecting over the last year of where we can improve our business, and the only things that we all agreed on was take a closer look at our current customer service policy, and the other will be offering more of a choice to customers and a great value. Apart from the company infrastructure being solid these are the only bounds which can effect the way we run our business, and in turn this will depend on which direction our business will go.

The moral that all retail businesses should take like Tile Choice does; is the Happier the customer is, the happier the business will be.
