I would just like to acknowledge the service my husband and i received from Jamie today at the West Bromwich store. Jamie was professional and very keen to provide a good service, which is something many shops do not pride themselves on anymore. He talked us through, in great detail, each aspect of both the wall and floor tiles we looked at, giving us his recommendation on quality and style, which was very much appreciated as we were very unsure of which was the best ones to choose. The store was near to closing time but he still took time to serve us and even accepted late changes in our decision without any hesitation. He was attentive and polite. I did my big weekly shopping on 18/6/21. Ryan was at the till, he was very efficient. Till area had spilled food, he rang through got some antiseptic spray and made sure it was fit for purpose before starting the checkout, despite the busy nature of the supermarket. Gentle and very courteous- Tesco needs to be proud of this young man!
