I wanted to write to congratulate you on your employees, at the Walsall branch. My wife and I took AGES to come to a decision we could agree on! He was endlessly patient, making helpful suggestions, pointing out possible problems, and seemed to know exactly when to be there to help, and when to tactfully leave us alone to discuss/debate and to browse the extensive range of options beautifully displayed. After an eternity of discussing and comparing, we finally chose natural stone tiles (“Applestone White”)for the walls, and a ceramic tile for the floor. Our finished kitchen looks amazing – in no small part due to his assistance, and he has a wonderful sense of what colours and textures wound go together, and would go with the units and worktops we had already chosen.

I visited the Walsall branch and was so impressed with the prompt service. I was served by Dean who was polite, knowledgeable and willing to help (without being pushy!). Got a fantastic price on some kitchen floor tiles. Once purchased, Dean offered to load the car for me which was really helpful as they were very heavy! I will definitely be using this branch again!

Having visited many showrooms I was able to make a final decision within a few minutes of meeting Angela. She was very much able to show and direct us to the correct style of tiles for our massive rear extension, and within minutes we made our purchase. Angela is a huge credit to Tiles Choice and Dean was a great manager too. Can't wait to get the all 3 bathrooms sorted out aswell. I'll be back Angela and Dean.
