Had a great experience from very helpful staff when selecting and purchasing tiles for a new wet room. The products were delivered on time and look great on the walls and floor. Called at the store 3 times in order to choose, discuss and order our tiles. Every time we were very well received in a friendly yet professional manner. My wife and I would always recommend Tile Choice for any future purchases.

my partner and mother-in-law went to buy some tiles. The salesman was very derogatory stating that her choice of tile looks like a council house tile and she should go for a more expensive one. The sign outside the property states money back promise on all orders within 30 days. We returned the tiles less than seven days after and was charged a 20% restocking fee despite the fact that they were stock items of the shelf not ordered in. this heavily hit the pensioners income and I’m very disgusted with the store. Please do not use these.
