I went in with an open mind for with tiles i would like for my bathroom wall and floor, the customer service that i received was really professional. I ended up choosing what tiles i had for bathroom within 30 minutes. Really Appreciate it thank you

We were shown around by a very nice young man, James. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. With his help we selected all the wall and floor tiles necessary for our bathroom. Nice experience with very competive prices!

I have bought all my tiles from here over the last few years and the service and quality has always been first class. The tiles I’ve just bought for my kitchen were in the sale and came at a fantastic price! Saved about £1000! Micheal the store manager is very knowledgeable and accommodating with your tile needs.

I looked at every tile shop and online retailer for tiles I liked. Found really classy ones at a great price at Tile Choice. The staff in the Northampton store were all really helpful, especially Ed that took my first order, without being pushy.Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them.

3 yrs ago I bought some titan tiles in white & silver for our ensuite walls and black quartz floor tiles & they still look amazing. I also have the aqua quartz floor tiles for our downstairs toilet which also look like new still. We are now renovating our other bathroom and have just bought the viva tiles in grey & white. The staff are excellent, really helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with my tiles and the service they gave me ,two chaps stood out and was very helpful,the young chap with the beard was very helpful and loaded my car,all in all very happy will definitely come again thank you for all your help.

We’ve bought all the tiles for our house from this store, in the early days we looked in other stores but there just wasn’t the choice or the quality, now we don’t look elsewhere we just come here and always find what we want! Great staff who are helpful and friendly, good prices and we definitely recommend them!

Thank you so much for the help. The older gentleman greeted me warmly, with a smile before I went to go have a look at the tiles, the younger chap with the beard advised me on how many tiles I would need for my bathroom and was extremely helpful since I'd over estimated. Brilliant customer service
