I ordered 12m2 of Cavendish patterned floor tiles in the shop, i found that the staff were really helpful to give me advice. I found that the price was really good so im overall happpy.

I recently visited your kettering branch on arrival the sales assistant asked if he could be of any help, we only needed two tiles to patch an area the assistant was the most helpful person we could not believe the service we got, i would certainly recommend your branch to anybody once again thank him for super service.

Couldn't be more happy with this store. We We visited on the last day of the Black Friday sale and found a bargain in a wood effect floor tile -an effect we had thought we couldn't afford. We also found a lot of choices in our chosen wall colour (grey) within our budget, which we hadn't found anywhere else. And when I changed my mind overnight the manager was very accommodating and let me change my order - even lending me a couple of tiles to take home to help me make a decision. There is a great range to choose from, from budget to luxury. The lady who helped us find tiles in our budget was lovely and all the staff we have spoken to were cheerful and a great help. As we don't need the tiles just yet, they have even allowed us to store the tiles in the warehouse for a while - although I suppose this wouldn't always be possible depending on how busy they were. All in all, I would definitely shop here again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Mark and his staff offer a superb service and are by far the best tile shop in the area. They helped us with all of our needs and questions from start to finish, offered to store the chosen tiles until our builder was ready to fit the bathroom and their prices are super competitive. We would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

I recently visited your kettering branch service very good, price very reasonable, however I ordered the wrong colour when I advised the branch of my error they had the replacement tile with me in a matter of days, which was very important as I have the plumber on site. Cant thank them enough. Will defo buy my tiles from them in future.
