Click & Collect Wishlist

Is all about customers making a wishlist online and choosing to collect that purchase at a pre-chosen location, rather than have it delivered to your home. This has been created to make it more convenient for you the customer.

 

Introducing a brand new service to Tile Choice, Click & Collect, we have added this service to give you the customer the best possbile experience and more convenient for you.

We understand that not everyone can be home for a delivery date scheduled, so why not reserve the stock online and collect from the store chosen when you are available.

Below is an introduction to how our Click & Collect service works. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact your Nearest Store 

How Click & Collect Works

Step 1. Simply browse our Tile Choice website and add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart

Step 2. Once you have finished adding your items to the Shopping Cart, go to the checkout screen

Step 3. Once you have added you billing address details to the checkout page, you will be given an option "Home Delivery or Click & Collect"

Step 4. Select the store you wish to collect from, and proceed with the order until completed, where you will get a confirmation email

Step 5. The chosen store will contact you within "store working hours" and arrange a suitable date for collection

Step 6. Payment can be made either over the phone or on point of collection, this will be asked by a member of staff when they store call you.
