I would just like to say thank you for your great service, I discovered you on the internet on Sunday night and ordered a sample which i received on Tuesday from which I ordered 4sq M and received today (Thursday).

I recently visited your cannock branch to collect a sample of a tile I am interested in buying. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. They didn\'t have the tile so they rang other branches to find a store that did have one. The tile was put aside for me at the Shrewsbury branch and the gentleman at the cannock store drew a map to show me how to get there! I\'ve just been to the Shrewsbury shop and the staff there were just as friendly and helpful. I didn\'t even have to pay for the sample, which is fantastic considering that other tile shops make you pay and won\'t even refund the cost if you decide you don\'t want them. I am really impressed by your customer service and your fantastic staff. Please thank them for being so great

I am writing this to formally acknowledge the excellent customer service from your Cheltenham branch and in particular, Andy. I apologize that I do not know his surname. Andy stepped outside the norm of customer service and went that bit further. He was aware that I was pushed for time on ordering some border tiles. To prevent any delay on my part and that of the tiler, Andy came to work on Tuesday morning (9/9) via your warehouse and picked up the tiles. He then phoned my house at 8.15am for them to be collected. Can you please pass on my thanks to Andy for his actions and going that extra mile in customer service? He is a credit to your organization and has a more than professional approach. I will certainly be recommending your Cheltenham outlet to friends and colleagues. Huge thanks to him again.

I have purchased sample tiles from yourselves (which i must say the delivery was extremely quick i was well impressed) I am wanting to buy approx 27 sq meters of tiles and i was wondering how much the delivery would be to Belfast and how long it would take. Also how do I send my sample tiles back to get a refund

Just to let you know, I made a visit to your shop in Gloucester and was very impressed with the range of tiles and materials. I had a nice chat with the manager, Baz, and I think we can do business together especially as you seem to provide a better service than what I am getting elsewhere.
