I recently had dealings with your store in Bromsgrove, and I am contacting you regarding the staff at that store.

I cannot praise them enough, they were helpful, knowledgable and a credit to the company, especially Kris who I had most dealings with.

I had problems with incorrect ordering (my incorrect estimates) and when I needed further help Kris was as pleasant the second and third times as he was the first.

I will certainly be recommending friends and family to use the store.

I recently purchased bathroom tiles from the Burton-on-Trent store, I wanted to feedback that I had a very good experience and would not hesitate to return to Tilechoice. I dealt with the store Manager, he was very helpful, taking time to explain the tile range and giving us the time to browse the full range. The store held the tiles until we needed them, and were happy to return the tiles we did not use.

I have purchased sample tiles from yourselves (which i must say the delivery was extremely quick i was well impressed) I am wanting to buy approx 27 sq meters of tiles and i was wondering how much the delivery would be to Belfast and how long it would take. Also how do I send my sample tiles back to get a refund

On friday 2nd april I visited your kidderminster store, I had already visited topps tiles and was a bit dubious of the service I received it was like they wanted me out of the store as soon as possible, so I was a bit worried of going into another tile shop as I thought I would get the same treatment and would come out baffled again but it was completely the opposite.
 
When I walked into your store I was welcomed by a good afternoon and straight away I could feel a really good atmosphere and felt relaxed, A young lad called Chris approached me and asked what room I was doing which was my bathroom floor and wall, he pointed me in the right direction, He led me round the store with a sample of wall tile which I liked so we could see which floor tile matched and also what mosaics matched, he spent time and really took interested in my project. He offered me all your products including under floor heating which he gave me a price on and im still deciding whether to go ahead with it. He had exceptional product knowledge and a good sense of colours as I was worried about making a decision on my own but with his advice and knowledge im sure I made the right choice.
 
I must say you should be proud of your staff he really did your company proud I will be recommending your company in the near future, thanks to tile choice and your exceptional member of staff who was well trained other companies should take note.

I am writing this to formally acknowledge the excellent customer service from your Cheltenham branch and in particular, Andy. I apologize that I do not know his surname. Andy stepped outside the norm of customer service and went that bit further. He was aware that I was pushed for time on ordering some border tiles. To prevent any delay on my part and that of the tiler, Andy came to work on Tuesday morning (9/9) via your warehouse and picked up the tiles. He then phoned my house at 8.15am for them to be collected. Can you please pass on my thanks to Andy for his actions and going that extra mile in customer service? He is a credit to your organization and has a more than professional approach. I will certainly be recommending your Cheltenham outlet to friends and colleagues.  Huge thanks to him again.
